A consultation fee is charged at every visit.  No consultation fee is charged if you are returning for an aesthetic procedure.

When specimens are sent to a laboratory e.g.: bloods, pap smear, skin biopsy etc, a fee is charged by our practice for taking the sample which is sent to the laboratory.  The lab will provide you with their own account for analyzing the specimen, for which you are liable.
